Finley before she got fed up with the hierarchy and left for Earth. She is so cute...
The red glowy rings around her wrists are placed onto her so she cannot summon black holes without supervision. Finley is incredibly powerful but also seriously dangerous so the inner circle decided to put her on a metaphorical leash. When it came time to make her grand escape, Finley broke these rings and it was a pretty big deal. U 3 U
I imagine the skies of her home planet to be pretty shades of lilacs or pinks and blues and stars always in view.
